how does? this work? can you convert a dvd u own to a blu-ray?
- Not really. Standard DVDs don’t have the same bit? rates and aspect ratios of the content used in Blu-Ray. Standard DVD is 720×480 while Blu-Ray is 1920×1080. You would need to upconvert the standard DVD content and the end result wouldn’t be all that great.
How has that burner been working??
- Zero? problems since install.
Wow, I have never seen one come? in a box before. All the ones I have installed have come in a plastic bag with all the same hardware minus the box and the foam packing material.
Gotcha bich! Man you look and sound just? like Dave Chappelle.
would this work? on a mac?
-? I’d imagine so but you can’t quote me on that. I don’t have a Mac…………yet. 2012 =] I’ve seen several posts and forum topics on Blu Ray over at the MacRumors website [Digital Video forums] about using them like they would any other drive.
Well when I got mine I got 1 Verbatim 6x Hard Coat with it. I put it to work right away. Got up to? 7x burn on a Imation 4x Disk. So far working Great.
Gotcha bitch!!? lol Chapelle’s Show 3rd Season.
Dam? dude you should’ve waited picked it up for $99 and it came with blank BD-R and it writes 10x
DOES THIS WORK ON A 400 WATT POWER SUPPLE IF NOT HOW MUCH? POWER DO YOU NEED?
- Yes. It will? work with a 400 watt power supply.
thank you very much, it just? dosent say it on the box
Just picked up this drive yesterday OEM version was surprised it included the disk as the manual? does state its only included with the retail.
When you play a Blu Ray movie, the drive will work harder because Blu Ray has sharper image than DVD. There is lag time but you don’t notice it. The more RAM you have? the smoother your movies will play.
unless you really need a mac id pass on them ive had both desktops and laptops i personally dont recomend but i bought them from future? shop so that could have been the problem but ill never go mac again only like garage band and found out i had to buy a hole track pack for 400$ just to get a decent amout of loops since i already spent 1300 on the 13 inch laptop the ram was pathetic the capacity was poor and the cpu trash speakers blew in 3 day could not get money back store credit
- I’m curious to see how the other side is. Luckily, Macs really hold their value – so if turns out that I don’t like? it, I can turn around and resell it and not lose too much money.
Hey Iridium VIII. I got the HP 12x blu ray writer. It plays good. I got? it on sale at Fry’s Electronics for $128.00.
Just curious if you are still using the included software, Just gor one of these and the? cyberlink does not want to play blurays or hddvd’s.
